Venkateswar Reddy Melachervu is a passionate and results-driven technology leader with over 7 years of experience in product engineering, technology application, and hands-on leadership. He has a proven track record in devising and driving disruptive solutions and is adept at leading diverse, distributed, cross-cultural teams to achieve business goals with optimal resources, highest quality, sense of urgency & certainty. Venkateswar is credited and recognized for building the world's first cloud-based medication safety platform raising patient safety bar at Apollo Hospitals that won the national award for "Innovative Use of Technology in Healthcare Delivery" at FICCI Heal 2014 Excellence Awards. He has also enhanced and managed the world's first and largest global enterprise cloud, specially recognized for developing and delivering ground-breaking secure remote enterprise access solutions to Boeing, P&G, etc. in record time. Venkateswar has created, evolved, and practiced unique and flexible product development frameworks "Disruptive Frugal/Value Innovation Engineering" - dFINE®, dVINE® - that yield blue ocean solutions with multiplied utility, shortened execution cycles, increased operational efficiency, and was instrumental in setting up and early growth of some of the leading global tech companies in India. Venkateswar is currently working as a Country Manager at Avlino, kickstarting a journey to build and sustain a team of creative minds who are excited to take on challenges from India Design Centre to help Avlino execute and deliver products and platforms to power the future with intelligent transformations. He has also worked as an Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Brillium Technologies, responsible for building a SaaS platform for generating product/solution full-stack MVP source code (back-end server with SQL/NoSQL DB, web front-end, and mobile app on iOS and android) with few clicks cutting the development time from a few months of teamwork to a few individual clicks. Venkateswar has a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University and completed several Coursera Programs, including Machine Learning from Stanford University, Blockchain for Business - Hyperledger Technologies from Linux Foundation, and Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technologies from Princeton University.
